Our Vision Welcome to La Ruche. event design studio. Our vision is to actualize events that are unique to the individual goals of clients through supporting and enabling a line of open communication. It takes a team of very talented and dedicated individuals to make an event successful, and La Ruche is pleased to lead that team.
Mission Statement La Ruche. event design studio. is a world class event
design firm based in Arizona dedicated to providing a robust variety of event planning services by utilizing a proprietary
but proven planning method to solve complex event standard sets. Organization La Ruche consists of a single Area
Home Office with a single event division presence in the Arizona community. La Ruche is owned and operated by Alisha Forrester
Scott, and is not part of a franchise.
Staffing La Ruche may at times work through existing event vendors or personnel to staff events that require a larger team. Events requiring several coordinators are staffed through local experienced event planners, junior event planners, college interns, and/or volunteers.
Vendors La Ruche does not promote or employ event vendors. Rather, each event is treated as a unique opportunity to engage vendors which will best reflect the goals of the event.
Method La Ruche has adopted a proprietary set of event planning method standards created by Alisha Forrester Scott. All planning methodology, tools, and contracts are specific to the La Ruche name and have been designed to directly benefit the efficiency and communication requirements of a complex event standard set. All planning materials are copyrighted and may not be used for outside personal or commercial gains without the express written consent of Alisha Forrester Scott. Any infractions in which a person, company, individual, or other organized body uses La Ruche materials without proper authorization should prepare for public condescension as we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
Community Alisha Forrester Scott maintains an active participatory role in the local community through volunteered time and expertise for Arizona causes. Each year La Ruche engages in professional relationships within the local community, businesses, and non-profit organizations in order to offer discount and donated event services including but not limited to advisory roles and administration to those organizations in need.
